I have interest in the history of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad starting with the construction time frame, the companies that built the lines north, a timeline of construction to each town, and history of the people that built and ran the early railroad. I am in Windsor and a member of the Windsor Historical Society and interested in stories and photos of the era for a possible display for the museum. My request is a little direction for gathering…

Some news on THA, We are getting closer to Trains running again!

Found out some handy information on THA from a fellow NWP fan.

One, current operating negotiations between THA and NRCA specify speeder-only on the Samoa, Eureka, Fortuna, and Loleta segments. Two, the closest thing operable in the collection (that isn't Falk 1) is a 44 tonner in

Is NWP repairing this locomotive? I'm confused.

Came across this picture on the web, and it appears that 4347 has had all of her lights replaced, is NWP planning to repair her? If you have any information regarding this locomotive, please let me know. Also, what is the current status of #3804? Is she still sitting in the dead line?
