"Chad: VERY appreciative of your posts on this subject.  Looks like my mistake because I mistakenly believed that the debris was being taken to the dump east and across 101 from Olimpali State Park which is on the NWP mainline.   Agree with…"

"Might be debris from Napa is going there. I heard much of Sonoma county is going to Livermore by truck but also heard there is a staging area at the Mecham Rd site. I know there is an endless parade of trucks out of Coffee Park right now."

Does anyone have information on what NWP collects from bringing cars in?  Is there Federal money the collect also?  How does their financing work?

Chad, saw your comment on the Derailed Cars thread about steelhead fishing on the Eel River and just wanted to ask how the fishing is on the river these days?  When I grew up in Ukiah I obsessed about fly fishing and made it to the Eel River many times with a couple friends, but our luck (and skill at that time) was not so good.  Regards,

Mark D.
