Does TCRY still own this locomotive (and NWPRR is storing it) or did NWPRR buy it at some point?

At the moment, 007 is sitting in the storage line at the end of the Schellville branch with 1922. Since the advent of SMART, neither 1922 nor 007 have PTC, so they have been largely using 2009 and 1501. 007 also lacks a horn and ditchlights.

Has NWP ever used this, or are they just holding onto it for the future?

Hi Richard, this photo was indeed taken in July 2013.  The location is the cage at Schellville Depot.  I read on another part of the website that TCRY probably sold this BLW VO-1000M to NWP after losing their contract at Mare Island.  You can see NWP 2009 behind this loco.

In the title it says you added this photo (thank you) this month however in the "tags" it shows as July 2013.  When was the photo taken?  I love the 007 number on TCRY.
