At 3:45 saw it dumping gravel in front of an electrical box at Southpoint Blvd., Petaluma.

Has to be somewhere close.  Those low platforms are not equipped to go far.

I think that platform is the one I saw in the Herzog stuff behind the Petaluma depot last week.

Better question, is that tacked onto an NWP local? Or is it just a trackmobile pulling it. I see a smart logo on the front half of the car...
