Found this cool 20 minute, circa 1980s documentary on YouTube, made by former employees of the Crookedest Railroad. "Takes a look at the Mount Tamalpais and Muir Wood Railway, known as "the crookedest railroad in the world."

I thought that was funny too how there wasn't much mention of the gravity cars until then!

Surprisingly, gravity cars don't get mentioned until 13 minutes into the video!

I always thought this railway was broad gauge (greater than 4' 8.5"), but this video and Wikipedia say "standard gauge".
