There was/is a company in Redwood Valley that does bridges using flat cars, mostly 89' cars. Not sure if they are still around but iemember driving by there 20yrs ago and there would be 20+ cars on the property

From previous experience, on occasion, NWP would haul an old intermodal car, take it off its trucks, and send it by truck to a customer to be used as a bridge. Theres one near Napa for reference.
