Richard:

This is not a "full service" w-site.  You will either have to 1. investigate and create some value of your own for others to comment or 2. start a new string based on a single thing you have of interest.

IMHO and I'm not very humble, just doing a fishing expedition will get you little if any positive response.

Nice views, Where is the daylight?  No new videos of the NWP  operations? Any new customers?  How is busiiness at this time?  Any improvement in cars moved?  Loads; unloads?  Need to have idea of when the NWP railroad operates; what days and what hours. Will be down there within a few months and would like to photograph some operations.. Thank You for your time.

They must have been testing them last night. Heard a southbound through Petaluma around 10:30.
