RPRC hasn't had the blue and white scheme since before 2014 I believe.

That's the Richmond Pacific (RPRC), which operates some ten miles trackage connecting with the Union Pacific and BNSF. It serves the Port of Richmond and other industries as a shortline feeder to both major railroads. Its two segments are not physically connected by its own rails; it has trackage rights on Union Pacific between them. It is the successor to the Parr Terminal Railroad; the Parr Company was the operator of the Port of Richmond. Primary motive power is two Knoxville Locomotive SE15B, 1500hp, delivered in 2017. Several older EMD engines are on roster, in RPRC's blue/white paint scheme.
