Went by Windsor today and that pile (may be two piles) is huge.  I was on 101 and could not see exactly where it is positioned.  Also still 8 hoppers sitting on the spur by the dump.

Stony Point quarry on Stony Point Road in Cotati is crushing all the firestorm foundations concrete rubble into highway building material and has had a huge pile of "raw material" on site since the work began. It appears they may not have room for more until they crush and ship out what they have on site. The Windsor pile may be a staging area for Stony Point's overflow. Just a guess, though.
