Does anyone have information on what NWP collects from bringing cars in?  Is there Federal money the collect also?  How does their financing work?

 Don't forget about the back haul of empties.  No revenue....only outlays......

Study the budgets and disbursements of NCRA, the quasi-government entity that brought the line back to life.  FEMA and state money was invested in the line.  See the meeting minutes and all the attachments:

Now, as an operating railroad, NWP has tariff schedule:

The price must be right, because the feed mills in Petaluma are getting their grain via rail cheaper than truck delivery.
