Most likely, Hutch. I believe it also has something to do with (dare I bring it up AGAIN? I do, and I will!) NOVATO and it's <piece of you know what>{cough, cough}lawsuit(s). I have had it UP TO HERE^ with Novato. However, the Genset could be why nobody decided to chain themself to the tracks in protest (the way they did to Palco to interupt logging).

a very frustrated w/Novato

Honestly I think the Genset is a political move to calm the enviro nazis.

Does that Genset have dynamics? If not, they can't serve Willits with it, as they'd never make it coming down Ridge.

Wouldn't be too excited apparently those gensets aren't too favored by railroad crews seems they lack substantial amount of power. The 54 year old 1922 may turn out to be the better choice.
