"From what I saw of reconstruction, drainage was vastly improved, allowing trains to continue. NWP and NCRA should be congratulated on successfully surviving these storms without damage."

Carthage not Rome

 I must assume that people don't see the humor that I add to comments (i.e. Carthage building Rome) I must preface and suffix all my humorously intended comments as humor.

  However, since there is Car in Carthage we are talking about "car loads" of traffic to/from Eureka. The fully loaded cars of lumber would be about  100 tons plus tare wait ( I know that to tarry is to wait) and tarry wait on NWP to reestablish service to Eureka will be long-ton weight.
