"Yeah this spur was almost completely buried last time I was out there, and I was surprised when I saw the car and some SMART MOW equop sitting on it yesterday. Most of the other spurs were buried up to the heads and over in some spots too."

NWP 2009 backs the first carload of concrete ties into SMART's staging yard in Santa Rosa 5/24/12. The car has 288 ties (6 stacks of 40 and 1 stack of 48).
