"He's serious. And no, SMART owns the ROW between Healdsburg south to Larkspur and West to Brazos junction with freight rights held by NCRA which in turn has an operating lease with the NWP (NWPCo). Very confusing."

"The system that SMART/NWP uses is called E-ATC, "Enhanced Automatic Train Control" and matches the 4 key requirements of PTC. E-ATC uses high frequency code through the rails instead of a GPS bases system like the most class 1 railroads.…"

"The 20 cars on the South end of Burdell are empty pet-coke pressurized hopper cars in storage, and not grain cars from Petaluma. Occasionally NWP will store a couple loaded cars on the north end of burdell if there is an influx of loaded cars coming…"
