As Test Trains Start on SMART on Friday, Quiet Zones In Effect in San Rafel and Novato

Hi All,

CBS SF Bay Area reports SMART service could start as soon as June 8th amid concerns from SMART about safety at Rail Crossings where Quiet Zone is in effect.  Video shows people from the city staff handing out flyers about safety awareness at grade crossings.
