Schedule?

I think I may have asked in times past... But I really want to know! How can I figure out when the train will be arriving/departing on what days? I live in sonoma and can run down to schellville any time.. Sometimes Ill go by there and I see workers.. sometimes theres a train there, sometimes 3 trains.. just sitting in the little fence area.

Any comments?
