Evening in Eureka as number 2 arrives behind SP gas-mechanical motor 11, with a heavyweight RPO and coach behind it. The year is 1939, and I would say the same trip that my grandfather shot the Eureka Municipal as well as the Hammond. Lou Bradas Jr. photo.

I'm also having some difficulty trying to identify that business car on the right. It's none of the 6 that the NWP had, nor can I crosslist it with available SP business car information.

What my mom rode in as a child going to Ferndale.  Wish she was still around to ask about it :(
