Please keep in mind that this RDC was under 8 feet of salt water at the Galveston Railroad Museum during Hurricane Ike. The paper archives of the GRM were destroyed.

According to Scott Inman, it is to be cosmetic only. However, we can all hope. Stranger things have happened!
