That looks to be an old baggage car.  Daylight?  Niles Canyon RR has an old Daylight baggage car.  Is this another from that fleet?

From the boat launch area in Fields Landing there is also an old Southern Pacific box car. Can upload the image off my phone.  Was wondering if thiscwas THAs old storage area.

Great find on the net there Josh!  The rolling stock to the left does indeed belong to THA. These are about 15 TPL logging flats and various other MOW equipment.  New storage track is now being built at Samoa shops for these.  The flats are in very bad shape, what can be saved will hopefully soon be moved.

Cars in the brush belong to THA. Moving to Samoa soon.

I don't know.  From driving my that is all I could see.  The brush is too high.  Maybe if I have time, I'll walk the tracks a ways and see if I can see anything if the brush is lower.

Just realized that those cars in the brush are the ones you were talking about Chad.

Timber Heritage used to have a yard with all their collection somewhere near King Salmon too.  This site was on Civic Ave in Fields Landing.  Looks like there are some old rail cars behind this too from this image.

This was a residence until a few months ago. There was a fire and some lost their life in it. I don't what is next for it.

interesting find.  I noticed a bunch of rolling stock behind it on a couple spur tracks when I went on Google Maps too.

Didn't all of those cars get scrapped not long ago?
