Sean, it was brought out on its own wheels. I think there is some pictures on here or maybe TO's had some of it in transit.

Do  they have a  fireman aboard a locomotive in 2017?  Must be a lot of locos causing the NWP to have a fireman aboard the engine.  Where then does the conductor or head brakeperson sit?

Did they load this on a flat car or just tow it west?

Yes. The lease expired on 1322 and it went to a different railroad, so they are getting this to replace it. I think they bought this, but it could be on a very long-term lease.

Is this a new loco for NWP? Is it a replacement locomotive?
