From what I saw none of the rails appeared to be scrapped. The only rails missing were due to washouts over the years.
The Two Rivers post office opened in 1912 and changed its name to Dos Rios in 1915. The name comes from the place's proximity to the confluence of the Middle Fork of the Eel River with the Eel River proper.
Where is Dos Rios? What weight rail? Is it 80# or 100#? None of the rail was ever scrapped upon adbandonment of trackage of NWP ?
