Anyone aware that the present U.S. administration may well kill Amtrak and the high speed rail line in

California.  If we want to save rail passenger service, kindly write your congressional representative and your 2  U.S.Senators.  This message does relate tangentially WPRR and SMART

The hoppers are grey in color; ergo they should be cement hoppers. Grain hoppers should be yellow, green or blue. NOT SO?   Besides these hoppers are neither cement nor grain. They are built mainly of steel.  Being from Iowa and Califonia, I  know steel when I see it, but I do not steal it

Where have all the lumber or wood products gone? Have not seen center-sill lumber car in photo or video is quite a spell.

After all the drama SMART caused with the tank car storage I doubt they would bring in fuel by rail even though it would be much more cost effective.

Tanks are for storage in Schellville, these are grain hoppers, not cement :)

I would assume for storage, but given this is by blackpoint, it's hard to say for sure unless SMART is having their fuel delivered by rail.

;There are 6 cement hoppers and 2 tank cars. Are the tank cars revenue or for storage. If revenue, what is the shipper/receiver name and location.  New customer on NWP?  Good photos. Looks as though there is an old  C&NW  cement car in consist.
