Parts of the Governor and EMD's 645 are seen exposed to the weather of Sonoma County. After years of sitting in both Petaluma, CA., and now Schellville, CA., this engine would be very hard to start!

If this was taken in Schellville, and there are only F7s and SD9s in the Schellville deadline, this is most likely an earlier EMD 567, not a 645. Very nice pic!
