What the heck? I thought NWP owned 5076... Can we have a locomotive that is NOT leased?
Were these 2 shots supposed to be arranged in way they are? Shouldn't there be a separation between the 2? Difficult to view either shot.
Why would the NVRR need another locomotive? I noticed they started using the Alco RS and the 44T a lot more lately (within the last year or so).
NWP was storing Summit Signal's Locomotive for free with the understanding if NWP needed power it was there's to us unless Summit found a customer that wanted to lease it from Summit!.
Its being leased to the Wine Train, Summit Signal is the true owner of 5076
