At a poggies swap meet, I picked up an athearn SD9 #4423 in NWP black widow, the funny thing is, the guy who sold it to me, his dad worked on the NWP, spcificly in their SD9s.

When there were power outages or bad storms in Windsor between 01-09, the gates and lights would malfunction and go off, screwing up traffic.
