so now you probably know that one of the members was upset that one of his photos was shared one on Facebook, what do you think. is it "illegal" to share the photos? i don't think so, but now the share feature is gone.  whats your opinion on the issue?

As long as the photo is used legally and ethically and the proper credit is given, there shouldn't be a problem.    Anyone posting their photos on the internet assumes the risks of "copyright infringement."    Especially if you're NOT a professional photographer, it shouldn't be a big deal.   

Plus if your copyright is important to you, you can always open paint or another program and add a small ©Your Name to it. Then if somebody were to swipe it and try to post it as theirs, you could find it easier and probably get it taken down. Some train sites even explicitly state they won't accept photos which aren't yours, even if you do have the rights to them.
