Looks like SMART is going to buy a drawbridge to replace the Haystack bridge

LMAO, I get it that BNSF is hard to prenounce (say BNSF 10 times real fast) but if they were going to end up spelling it wrong, could they at least use the same spelling the whole time.

Jordan, I was thinking the exact same thing. The author even spells it wrong when the directer of smart says bnsf.
How about the bridge at Port Sonoma, is there much life left to it?
I'm thinking whenSMART starts running, there will be a bridgetenders job opening. They could leave it down during the hours that SMART is running with a tender to open it for any boat traffic, then raise it during non regular hours.

I'm thinking the bridge will be automatic.  

If you have Google Earth go to street level view from the new bridge next to the causeway.  You can see the train bridge in a down position with cranes around it.
