A body and a daypack lying between the rails is going to be apparent to the engineer of an approaching train, even if looks just like a debris pile.  Wouldn't the engineer slow down or stop?  This train doesn't appear to be on a curve, so I would imagine that this guy would be visible for quite some distance.  If, as suggested, the guy was pushed in front of that train at the last second, don't you think he would be hurling obscenities at the cameraman?

The spacing of the trucks rolling by doesn't seem to match the speed of the train. 

For me, this video doesn't pass the smell test.  Other comments:

The train was most likley stopped when the kid got undernaeth it I would imagine.

Or the train started moving when he was crossing underneath it.
