I had to replace my DNS ip info with an open one such as google to make it work on my iPod touch. It is a bit of a pain because I had to make it static in order to do so.

I actually got on today at the house where we have Comcast, after sending ANOTHER "Why can't I connect to this site" message. But only for awhile, later I couldn't get on again. When I send the messages I forward the last one which has all the other attached and add a new message. This last time I inquired "Why would I want to change my home ISP to Comcast when I can't get on a site I frequent? "

VERY hard time getting here today. Lot of "Cannot display webpage," "Server not found" and Suddenlink website suggestion pages...might be my Wi-Fi connection; it's been acting up a LOT lately. Just in writing this, it’s disconnected about four times, and reconnected saying “No Internet Access,” then two seconds later, Internet Access-WTF? Thankfully, I don't seem to have missed too much.
Here's what I understand was the Mac/Safari fix (I'm a PC user, so I hope this makes sense): Go to Safari>Preferences>Extensions. Click "off". Then Network>Advanced DNS. Change IP's to 208.67.222.220 AND 208.67.222.222. There's probably an "OK" button or some such there. I guess you'd want to make note of the addresses that are already there before changing them. I hope this helps some one of you. I haven't found a permanent fix for my PC, so I continue to look up my history and…

I'm using Comcast here in Penngrove, CA and mostly I get an Oops and a link to a cached copy of the site.

If I click on the right message topic i can then get onto the site, but mostly it is another cached site and I have no direct access.

This morning it was the same thing, it took two tries to get to the "live" site.

I use Yahoo with Firefox and Wildblue as my internet and have never had any connection problems on this site even when my down load speed has been cut back because I have down loaded to much. I hope this information is helpful.
