Just been to the train show very interseting. there was a wide variety of things their, I picked a nice powered dummy set of SD40T-2s and some nice books includeing a map book. I also picked up the books Northern California Railroads" volumes one and two by Fred Matthews.

I'll definitely be there with the Coastal Valley Lines (CVL) HO modular layout group. Look forward to meeting more nwprr folks!

sorry i wish i could make it but i have door duty on sat  and crew duty to HO scale  on sun at GOLDEN STATE MODEL RAILROAD MUSEUM Pt Richmond ca  www.gsmrm.org  i been in to model trains for a long time

Wow, only $7.00/day admission (plus parking?).  Sounds great, but I have a conflicting event that weekend.  Darn!  Well, things might change on my end, so I'm saying "Might attend".  

 

Is the meet and greet going to be on Saturday only?  If someone sets up a booth for NWPRR.NET, that would make a logical meeting spot.

This sounds fun. I really hope I can attend. Hey, maybe I'll get lucky on the way down, and finally get to see our NWP engines in person, even if just parked in Schellville! :-D

As a non-selling entity, I wonder if we might be able to set up an informational booth? The Niles Canyon Railway used to do it all the time, at Alameda, Solano, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Cow Palace, and the Roseville shows. We used to get free parking, free admission and a free table since we weren't selling anything. Think this might be a possibility? Any interest?
